About
Meet Ivana Evans.

Hey, mama. I'm Ivana. I'm really glad you found your way here.
I'm a mom of four, an educator, and a leader who has spent 15 years working alongside children, families, schools, and organizations.
For 15 years, I've led teams, developed leaders, supported people through change, and helped build environments where people can grow and do meaningful work. I've learned that lasting progress takes more than good intentions. It takes clear priorities, honest conversations, shared responsibility, and practical ways of turning decisions into action.
I've also learned that the demands of a meaningful career don't exist separately from the rest of life. The woman pursuing a promotion may also be raising young children. The leader taking on more responsibility at work may be navigating a demanding season at home. And the mom who wants more room for herself may not want to give up the career she's worked hard to build.
I know those intersections personally. My husband and I are raising four children, and I've spent years learning how to build a family life where responsibility is shared, everyone has room to grow, and the person holding everything together doesn't have to be Mom.
My coaching brings those experiences together. I help working mothers get clearer about what matters, navigate important decisions and conversations, build stronger rhythms and relationships, and create room for their own growth alongside the people they love.
I don't believe the answer is asking women to become endlessly more organized, more efficient, or better at carrying everything. I believe we can change how responsibilities are shared, how priorities are protected, and how women are supported in building lives they genuinely love.

Our mission
Help working moms lead the lives they love with greater intention across work, family, priorities, capacity, and everyday rhythms.
Our vision
A generation of working moms who love deeply, lead intentionally, and are proud of the lives they're building. Responsibility is shared, and everybody is growing, including Mom.
What we believe
Working mothers shouldn't have to choose.
You can love your family, pursue professional ambitions, and feel proud of the life you're building. Getting there takes more than time management or discipline.
It takes clear priorities, shared responsibility, practical rhythms, and conditions that support growth. Working moms have real agency in shaping their lives, and organizations have real opportunities to support them. Ivana Evans Coaching brings those ideas together.
